Hosting

This marketing site and the Offload application are hosted by two providers.

• offload.support (this site) — Google Firebase Hosting, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
• app.offload.support (the application, its database and stored conversations) — Convex, Inc., United States.

Which providers process what, and on what legal basis, is set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Offload name, logo, interface, copy and application code are the property of the publisher. Reproducing or reusing them without prior written agreement is not permitted. Documentation, conversations and knowledge-base content you upload to Offload remain yours.

Liability

Offload drafts and sends support replies from the knowledge base a workspace owner provides. Replies are generated by AI models and can be wrong; the workspace owner decides which ones send themselves, by setting the confidence floor, and stays responsible for what reaches their customers.
